At Bay Area Black Leaders we’re raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve Black leaders in the California Bay Area. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness around the wellness and rest of Black leaders. A Bit of Background
Here at Bay Area Black Leaders, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place. This initiative was created as a way to give back to the Black leaders who are doing the very important work of holding culture and community in the Bay Area. The retreats and events are a unique opportunity for local Black leaders to come together, reflect, and plan for the future, including how they can sustainably continue to work with the help of allies and people in the community.

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Rest is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact and challenge social norms around the idea that grind culture is the best way to serve the Black community.
REFLECT
At Bay Area Black Leaders, we are dedicated to continuing our efforts in addressing reflection. Time to reflect is never something Black leaders have time to incorporate as the issues around dismantling systematic racism and social justice continue to affect Black people daily, but through cooperation and community empowerment, we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
RESTORE
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for Black leaders to restore, sustain, and grow their efforts. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
